First of all, a detailed history is taken from the person applying for check-up and the general health condition of the person is determined; If any, diagnosed diseases, treatments received or previously received, and family health history are learned. Then, a detailed physical examination is performed and findings, if any, are recorded. During the physical examination, values such as blood pressure, pulse and respiration are measured, as well as specific system examinations such as cardiological examination in heart check-up scans or neurological examination to evaluate the nervous system in brain check-up scans. Breast examination in women or prostate examination in older men can be added to the physical examination as part of the check-up.

Since the incidence of diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, some types of cancer, and osteoporosis increases in adults aged 50 and over, it is very important to repeat screenings for these diseases every year.
Since the scope of blood, imaging and pathology tests performed in check-up scans may vary from person to person, check-up prices may also vary. Full check-up prices, which include cancer screenings, additional tests for chronic diseases and qualified imaging methods, may be higher than routine check-up scans.
